SIARTEC is an RSS news aggregator. We collect publicly available headlines, short excerpts (up to ~300 characters), and thumbnail images from third-party RSS feeds and display them alongside a direct link to the original source. We do not reproduce full articles on our homepage or in search results.
The Article Reader (/article?url=…) uses the open-source Mozilla Readability library to extract the main body of a publicly accessible page, solely for personal reading convenience. These pages:
noindex, nofollow — search engines do not index them.Images are loaded on-the-fly via a server proxy that fetches them from the original CDN on each request. We do not store images on our servers permanently.
